Het verzoekschrift ligt bij de jeugdrechter. “Vreemd”, reageert Jo Labens van de Erkende Vlaamse Adoptiediensten. “Normaal moeten kandidaat- adoptanten voor ze naar de rechtbank trekken bij ons een voorbereidingscursus volgen, maar dat is hier niet gebeurd.”
