Some highlights

According to the opinon of the Board Board of Criminal Justice and Protection of Juveniles‘ intercountry adoption and assistance for the building of child protection systems do not go well together.

the RSJ recommends to immediately terminate the cooperation with countries where large specific problems play . It involves China (supervised by CA and agencies not possible), the US (violating the intent of Treaty provision related to subsidiarity and freely given consent) and EU countries of origin (subsidiarity).
